Job summary

Dunbia is seeking a Specification Technologist in the United Kingdom to ensure that customer specifications, pack copies and artwork are accurately set up and maintained, with documentation produced to meet critical path timescales and launch deadlines.

You will review artwork against pack copy, liaise with customers on projects, and contribute to raw material specifications and internal factory specifications, leveraging strong IT and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within food manufacturing and knowledge of writing retailer specifications.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable with varied internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with customer specification systems (Tesco and M&S).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Data transfer within specifications must be accurate from provided information.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, IT literate.
• Competent with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of food and drink labelling regulations.

Responsibilities
