Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Specification Technologist to create finished product specifications and thoroughly approve artwork for new launches. You will partner with ingredients and packaging teams to validate materials and packaging specs, while coordinating with NPD to ensure smooth launch processes.

Qualifications

• Experience writing food specifications and knowledge of retailer online spec systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Food Information for Consumers Regulation (FIC).

Responsibilities

• Complete finished product specifications and approve artwork to critical paths.
• Collaborate with Ingredients and Packaging Specifications Technologist for raw materials and packaging specs.
• Work with NPD to align with launch processes for successful products.
• Liaise with Site Technical and retail customers for ongoing support.
