Job summary

Excel Construction Recruitment is seeking a Project Specification Manager for a flat roofing and waterproofing manufacturer. The role covers the Northern Home Counties, London and South East, creating project specifications, presenting CPD sessions and driving both new business and account management.

The role requires selling via specification channels to architects and contractors, with a strong emphasis on technical information and end-to-end project involvement across the East Anglia,

Qualifications

• Experience selling via specification or contractors across territory.
• Roofing experience preferred but building envelope or insulation background considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell flat roofing and waterproofing products to architects, main contractors and roofing contractors.
• Create specifications for commercial build projects and present CPD sessions.
• Support projects from start to finish and drive new business within the territory.
