Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting for a Specification Sales Manager – Façade Glazing & Curtain Walling. You will field-sell a manufactured range of aluminium systems to architects, façade consultants and main contractors to protect specifications.

You will inherit an area with ~£1m turnover and target £1.5m in the next full sales year, with project values ranging £150k–£500k across £8m–£10m opportunities. The role offers £55k–£65k salary plus up to 30% bonus and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience within aluminium systems or façade projects.
• Experience with architects, façade consultants or main contractors beneficial.
• Open to glazing, fenestration or curtain wall sales across specifications.

Responsibilities

• 70% of time supporting architectural practices and façade consultants with proposals and specifications and managing main contractor relationships.
• 30% of time account managing 8–10 core aluminium fabricator/installer accounts with growth plan for next year.
• Inherit area turnover around £1m and aim for £1.5m sales in the next full sales year.
• Target project sizes typically £8m–£10m with order values £150k–£500k.
• Sell on quality over price and leverage a strong architectural network.
