Do you have project led, specification sales experience with M&E consultants, designers, Tier 1 contractors and client end users and ideally be capable of reading schematic drawings? If so, our client, who is a global market leader within electrical products for Commercial, Residential and Industrial Buildings could be for you!

Working on their Commercial Distribution board range of products, including busbars, circuit protection, Lighting Connection & Controls, Wiring Accessories and Building Automation, you'll be Field & Home based, covering London, the M25 and Northern Home Counties. THE ROLE;

• As Specification Sales executive/manager, you’ll be presenting your range of electrical solutions, such as commercial distribution boards and associated products, from initial design stage to tender.
• Projects are typically Multi Residential Buildings, The Education Sector, Schools, Universities, Student Accommodation, Office Buildings, Industrial Sites and some Office Fit Out Businesses.
• You are field/home based covering London, the M25 and the Northern Home Counties.
• Specification Sales Manager, you’ll be developing relationships and specifications with M&E consultants, with the focus being on electrical consultants, plus designers end user clients and Tier 1 contractors.
• You will provide technical advice, assist with design solutions and participate in CPD seminars, building strong technical relationships with your accounts.
• Working in tandem with colleagues that will be focused on the M&E contractor.
• You'll be joining a well established and successful team, with a strong customer base.
• Fantastic name in the market and customers want to deal with you.
• As Specification Sales Manager, you will be supported by an Internal telesales team.
• Leads are provided, along with an excellent database.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;

• The ideal Specification Sales Manager will come from the Electrical sector and have a track record of specification sales success with M&E consultants, designers, end users and Tier 1 contractors. You'll ideally have the ability to read electrical schematic drawings and be a confident, inquisitive friend maker, keen to develop your career with a growing manufacturer.
• Must have good access to London and be prepared to cover Central London as part of your role.
• If you’re already in sales, then you’ll have a track record of sales success gaining specifications. Our client will also consider good individuals not from sales but from the electrical industry, with a passion to move into a solution led environment. If you have the technical electrical knowledge and a growth mindset, then our client can teach you how to sell.

THE REMUNERATION;

• £45K- £60K basic salary (dependant on experience)
