Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Specification Manager, you will:

  • You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Architects in and around the London area.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the Vandersanden brand, our products, and our commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align project delivery and client needs.
  • Communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, always reflecting our core values and a strong sense of ownership.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Proven track record in a specification sales role
  • Strong understanding of the project sales process,
  • A persuasive presentation style that captivates and informs. The ability to deliver CPDs.
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for solution-based selling.
  • Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team.
