ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Specification Business Development Manager to drive specification growth in Hospitality, PBSA and Commercial segments. You will engage with developers, architects, interior designers and building owners to influence design decisions and convert opportunities into profitable business.

You will promote fully integrated access solutions, including electronic locking, doorsets and access control, while maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering against

Qualifications

Proven track record in specification sales with target delivery.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
Experience influencing architects, developers and contractors.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure specification opportunities across Hospitality, PBSA and Commercial sectors.
Promote integrated access solutions and the ASSA ABLOY portfolio.
Manage projects from design through to order and delivery.
Build strategic relationships with developers, architects and end users.
Drive specification growth and maintain a healthy pipeline.
