As Specification Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing specification opportunities for our market-leading portfolio of door hardware, electronic access control solutions, hotel locking systems and complete doorset packages.
Operating at the front end of the sales cycle, you will engage with developers, architects, interior designers, building owners and key stakeholders to influence design decisions, secure specifications and convert projects into profitable business.
You will play a key role in promoting integrated access solutions that deliver compliance, safety, performance and long-term value to customers.
