ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is seeking a motivated Specification Business Development Manager to drive specification growth across Hospitality, PBSA and Commercial sectors. You will engage with developers, architects, interior designers and building owners to influence design decisions and convert projects from concept through to delivery.

You will build strategic relationships, manage opportunities in Dynamics 365, and promote integrated access solutions that deliver safety, performance

Qualifications

• Proven track record in specification sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue targets.
• Experience influencing architects, developers and end-user clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure specification opportunities across Hospitality, PBSA and Commercial sectors.
• Develop strategic relationships with developers, architects, and end-users.
• Manage projects from design through to order and delivery in Dynamics 365.
• Promote integrated access solutions and the ASSA ABLOY portfolio.
