Royal College of Anaesthetists in London is seeking an organised Specialty Training Administrator to support anaesthetists through the training journey and manage the online training portfolio. You will guide trainees and trainers, coordinate meetings, and ensure accurate training records.
The role requires strong customer-service experience, minute-taking skills and the ability to explain complex training regulations clearly. Hybrid working combines remote duties with on-site collaboration.

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administrator to support Anaesthetists throughout their training journey, from entry into specialty training through to the award of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). The role also supports the administration of the College's online training portfolio, helping to ensure that trainees maintain accurate training records throughout their careers.
As a key member of the Training Team, you will provide advice and guidance to trainees, trainers and other stakeholders on a range of specialty training matters. You will work closely with the General Medical Council (GMC), Senior Anaesthetists, College Officers and colleagues across the College to ensure the effective delivery of training processes and support services.
You will have experience working in a helpdesk and/or customer service environment, alongside proven experience providing administrative and secretarial support to formal committees, including the preparation of agendas and minute-taking.
You will be able to interpret, simplify and communicate complex information clearly and accurately, with the ability to develop and maintain a sound understanding of anaesthetic training regulations and routes to the GMC Register.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
