King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Specialty Doctor in Oral Surgery. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality healthcare for patients with various Oral Surgery issues, engage in teaching, and work within a professional team. Applications are invited for the position of a substantive, full-time (10 sessions) Specialty Doctor in the Oral Surgery Department at King's College Hospital NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will be expected to play an active role in the provision and delivery of high-quality healthcare for patients with a wide range of Oral Surgery problems.
Applicants must be fully registered with the General Dental Council and demonstrate an interest in Oral Surgery.
Successful applicants will work within a team led by 10 consultants, supported by more than 20 SAS grade dentists, providing high-quality care.

The duties include clinic and operating sessions under local anesthesia and intravenous sedation, as well as involvement in teaching and mentoring junior staff. The post-holder will also provide advice to clinicians in hospital and primary care settings, originating from telephone calls from external practitioners, other departments, or associated clinical professionals.
