About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our ambitious team. This full-time role is perfect for a hands-on individual who thrives in the high-energy racing environment and is interested in autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will influence our performance on the track and the development of autonomous motorsports.

The position is based in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, with frequent international travel to support testing and racing events. Flexibility around work hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Lead setup, maintenance, and track-side operations of autonomous race cars and electric vehicles.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Perform disassembly, inspection, optimization, and reassembly to ensure peak performance and safety.
• Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and real-time adjustments.
• Logistics: Oversee vehicle transport logistics across Europe and internationally, collaborating with the Technical Director.
• Workshop Management: Maintain an organized and efficient workshop environment.
• Safety: Adhere to safety regulations, flag protocols, and emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Skills: Knowledge of high-performance vehicle systems, suspension tuning, tire management, and optimization.
• Electronics Knowledge: Understanding of advanced electronic systems, such as steer-by-wire and brake-by-wire, with experience in MoTeC systems.
• Motorsport Experience: At least 3 years in a professional racing environment.
• Technical Education: Diploma or certification in automotive or mechanical engineering.
• Learning Attitude: Interest in autonomous driving technologies and innovation.
• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
