About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our ambitious team. This full-time role is perfect for a hands-on individual who thrives in the high-energy world of racing and is interested in autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will influence our performance on the track and the development of autonomous motorsports.
The position is based in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, with frequent international travel to support testing and racing events. Flexibility in work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamic Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and real-time adjustments.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee vehicle transport logistics across Europe and internationally, working with the Technical Director.
Workshop Leadership: Maintain an organized workshop for vehicle preparation and maintenance.
Safety Stewardship: Adhere to safety regulations, flag protocols, and emergency procedures.
