About the Role:

We seek a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for a hands-on individual who thrives in racing and autonomous vehicle technology, impacting our performance and autonomous motorsports development.

The position is based in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, with frequent international travel for testing and racing events. Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Setup, maintenance, and track-side operations of autonomous race cars and high-performance electric vehicles.
• Mechanical Tasks: Mechanical maintenance, disassembly, inspection, and reassembly to ensure peak performance and safety.
• Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and setup adjustments.
• Logistics: Oversee vehicle transport logistics across Europe and internationally, collaborating with the Technical Director.
• Workshop Management: Maintain an organized and efficient workshop environment.
• Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, flags, and emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical Knowledge: Vehicle systems, suspension, tire management, and performance tuning.
• Electronics: Knowledge of electronic systems like steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire, and MoTeC systems.
• Motorsport Experience: At least 3 years in a professional racing environment.
• Technical Qualification: Diploma or certification in automotive or mechanical engineering.
• Learning Attitude: Interest in autonomous driving tech and innovation.
