One of the fastest growing premium sportswear brands is looking for a Specialist - Trade Marketing to join our EMEA Marketing team. With a commitment to revolutionizing performance-driven products, On is taking the global sports footwear, apparel, and accessories market by storm with cutting-edge tech and innovative products.

Are you well-versed in all things Trade Marketing? Do you bring a hands-on approach, yet entrepreneurial spirit? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our team is seeking a dynamic team member to own our Trade Marketing plans within the UK & Ireland market. You will report directly to the Northern Europe Sr Lead - B2B Partner Marketing and work closely with the sales and Brand Activation teams to ensure seamless strategy, planning, and execution of all trade marketing initiatives for the UK and Ireland.

You will help identify opportunities with focus partners to grow brand awareness and sales, managing all trade marketing projects from brief to execution.

Your Mission
  • Grow the brand in the UK & Ireland within retail partners, driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion across various communities.
  • Act as the interface between retail partners and various departments at On, including sales, operations, trade design, events, brand experience, and DTC.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive marketing topics during sell-ins and create account-specific seasonal GTM strategies for online and offline channels.
  • Co-own the retail consumer journey and GTM roadmap with the sub-regional Senior Lead - B2B Partner Marketing.
  • Develop strategic brand plans with the UK & Ireland sales and commercial teams.
  • Plan and deliver impactful 360° brand experiences, focusing on customer-centricity and leveraging consumer insights for future growth.
Your Story
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel retail/trade marketing.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry, understanding its challenges and opportunities.
  • Responsible, resilient, and adaptable, with pride in managing multiple projects and delivering results.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture while paying attention to details.
  • Willingness to step out of comfort zones and learn new skills.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and building strong partner relationships.
  • Comfortable with travel, likely spending 30% of time visiting retail partners.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proximity to London and ability to work on a hybrid basis from the office.
