The 18-month programme combines blended learning with on-site practice, helping you develop planable activities, safe learning environments, and collaborative practice with teachers and education

Qualifications

• Specialist pathways: SEND, Social and Emotional Wellbeing, Curriculum Support (EAL, early reading, and more).
• Experience in primary, secondary or alternative education settings helps foster inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Foster inclusion and promote positive behaviours in learners.
• Advocate for learners’ needs and support their progress.
• Plan, adapt and deliver learning activities in collaboration with teachers.
