The Norton Knatchbull School is offering a Teaching Assistant Specialist Level 5 Apprenticeship focused on SEND. Start January 2026, 08:00–15:30 term-time, 21-month programme, with on‑the‑job training, reviews and End Point Assessment.

The Norton Knatchbull School are looking for an organised, professional, positive and resilient apprentice to join our school community. The successful candidate will gain experience working 1:1 with students within a secondary school environment. You will engage and motivate pupils who find learning a challenge and have specific learning difficulties including SEMH, ASD/ASC and ADHD. The ability to interact positively with a wide range of people, including teachers, support staff, parents and students aged 11 to 18, is essential.
