Long Term Futures Ltd in Smethwick is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant (1:1 EHCP support) for a long-term position in a primary school. You will deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions, support pupils with Autism, speech and language needs, SEMH, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
Ideal candidates will have Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, experience with EHCP targets, and a calm, nurturing approach to help children access learning.
