Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
You'll work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to:
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Support individual and small group learning tailored to each student's unique needs
Encourage independence and emotional well-being
Use creativity and care to bring lessons to life and celebrate every success-big or small
Help students build confidence, social skills, and communication abilities
