Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for Specialist SEND Teaching Assistants to work within SEND Resource Bases (HUBs) attached to mainstream primary schools across the Birmingham area.
Location: Walsall
Position: Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Type of Work: Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs within a Resource Base in a mainstream primary school
Contract/Position Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-term, Short-term, and Daily Supply
Full Time/Part Time: Full time
Minimum Rate of Pay: Negotiable

These roles involve working closely with small groups of pupils who have complex and diverse needs including Autism, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and SEMH. You’ll be part of a structured, supportive team helping children thrive in a tailored learning environment.
