Ambitious College is an independent specialist day college committed to empowering autistic young people aged 16–25. Our educational approach is personalized, providing tailored curricula and support to help learners acquire skills and integrate into society.
Located within the campuses of the College of West Thames College in West London, as well as Haringey, Enfield, and North East London (CONEL), we offer diverse learning opportunities through partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and mainstream colleges, including real-world work experiences.
As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will provide academic and community support on a 1:1 basis, directly contributing to our learners' success and helping them achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Working pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
You will work 41 weeks per year but will be paid for 52 weeks.
Start Date: September 2025 or earlier
Interviews: Ongoing weekly interviews through May and June 2025
