We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the heart of Hillingdon. The Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans
* Promote communication, independence, and emotional regulation using strategies such as PECS, visual schedules, or sensory supports
* Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Essential: Previous experience in a UK school setting
* Essential: Proven experience working with children with autism

* Strong understanding of autism-specific strategies and interventions
