Job summary

Ripple Education seeks patient and resilient Specialist Teachers to join our team in Middlesbrough, delivering engaging lessons across Primary and Secondary settings, including SEMH and SEND. We offer flexible, long-term and short-term placements to match your availability and preferences.

You will plan and deliver structured lessons, adapt teaching to individual needs, support pupils in small groups, and build trusted relationships while applying positive behaviour strategies.

Qualifications

• QTS and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience working with children or young people in an education setting.
• Calm, consistent and compassionate approach.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities
