Job description

Your Mission
  1. Manage lifecycle processes from pre-onboarding through offboarding in close partnership with Talent (“HR”) Business Partners.
  2. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll with external vendors for respective countries.
  3. Handle employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfer, contract creation and management, employee profile management, etc.
  4. Support mobility activities such as work permit applications, renewals, and relocation issues.
  5. Act as a key admin user in the HR system for data creation and maintenance to ensure accuracy and proper records.
  6. Take ownership of employee benefit activities (e.g., insurance, health checks) and projects.
  7. Evaluate, drive, and implement process, guideline, and workflow optimization, seeking automation and improvements.
  8. Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence and seamless talent experience.
  9. Support logistics and organization of local activities like trainings, townhalls, and offsites.
Your Story
  1. 2-6 years of experience in Payroll or HR Shared Services.
  2. Solid experience with processes, data, and systems; Workday knowledge is a plus.
  3. Good understanding of business processes and their impact across functions.
  4. Ability to use process and structure as enablers of innovation.
  5. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys thinking outside the box.
  6. Service-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to project scope changes while meeting deadlines.
  8. Fluent in Vietnamese with working proficiency in English.
