Specialist Support Workers should have relevant experience or higher qualifications. They provide information, social inclusion, and vocational support to help individuals recover and stay well, exercise choice, and participate fully in the community. In the Crisis House environment, they lead support efforts to help customers recover from mental health crises, facilitating person-centered planning and safe return home.
This role involves: x-hour shifts per week, no night shifts.

Essential: NVQ Level / or equivalent with relevant experience.
