Job summary

The Together Trust is seeking an experienced Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join Bridge College, Manchester. You will manage an independent caseload of students with diverse communication needs and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and clinicians.

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
• RCSLT membership preferred.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of students with autism and complex communication needs.
• Carry out initial and ongoing speech, language and communication assessments.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based intervention programmes tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student outcomes.
• Provide clinical supervision and staff training.
