Job summary

Castle Employment is seeking Specialist SEN Teaching & Learning Assistants to support schools with flexible supply opportunities. You’ll work with teaching staff to assist pupils who may require additional help with learning, communication, and wellbeing in various settings.

You can choose one or two days a week or more, work regular hours or fit in with different schools and specialist provisions. Weekly PAYE pay, holiday pay and CPD training are included.

Specialist SEN Teaching & Learning Assistant – £14.24–£16ph | Flexible Supply

We’re looking for Specialist SEN Teaching & Learning Assistants to support schools, with flexible opportunities available now. This could be the perfect role if you’re an experienced SEN TA, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker looking for more flexibility.

The Role

You’ll work alongside teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils who may require additional help with:

• Learning and engagement
• Communication
• Additional and complex needs
• Emotional wellbeing
• Confidence and independence
• Positive behaviour

Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis, within small groups or across the classroom.
