Job summary

Castle Employment is seeking Specialist SEN Teaching & Learning Assistants to support schools with flexible opportunities available now. You’ll work with teaching staff to help pupils who may require additional help with learning, communication, and emotional wellbeing.

Roles include 1:1, small groups or classroom support. You’ll receive weekly PAYE pay, holiday pay, flexible ad-hoc hours, and options for part-time or full-time engagements with access to free training.

Qualifications

Specialist SEN Teaching & Learning Assistant – £14.24–£16ph | Flexible Supply

We’re looking for Specialist SEN Teaching & Learning Assistants to support schools, with flexible opportunities available now.
This could be the perfect role if you’re an experienced SEN TA, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker looking for more flexibility.

The Role

You’ll work alongside teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils who may require additional help with:

• Learning and engagement
• Communication
• Additional and complex needs
• Emotional wellbeing
• Confidence and independence
• Positive behaviour

Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis, within small groups or across the classroom.
