Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to cover across Brentwood and Essex. The role offers flexible days and hours, with weekly pay and the opportunity to gain experience across primary, secondary and early years settings.

You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and help bring calm and positivity to busy classrooms. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
