Job summary

Veritas Education is seeking an experienced Complex SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Bradford BD9. This full-time, long-term role supports pupils with complex needs during the school day, including 1:1 and small group work.

You will help pupils access learning, provide personal care where needed, and support communication, independence and engagement alongside teachers and other staff. The ideal candidate is patient, caring, reliable and resilient, able to build strong

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, complex needs or additional care needs.
• Confident providing personal care.
• Patient, caring, reliable and resilient.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children who require a high level of support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping children access learning and classroom activities
