Job summary

Veritas Education is seeking an experienced Complex SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Bradford BD9. This full-time, long-term role supports pupils with complex needs during the school day, including 1:1 and small group work.

Specialist SEN School Full-Time Long-Term

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to children with complex additional needs?

We are recruiting for a specialist SEN school in the BD9 area of Bradford that is looking for a confident, caring and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team.

You will be supporting children with a range of complex additional needs, providing both learning and care support throughout the school day.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping children access learning and classroom activities
• Supporting pupils with complex SEN and additional care needs
• Providing personal care confidently and respectfully
• Supporting communication, independence and engagement
• Helping pupils regulate and manage their individual needs
