Job summary

Qualifications

• Patient, adaptable, creative and passionate about inclusive education.
• Experience working with pupils with additional or complex needs would be an advantage.
• Genuine commitment to making learning accessible, engaging and purposeful.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging, highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every pupil feels valued.
• Supporting pupils to develop their communication, independence, confidence and life skills.
• Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals to provide holistic, pupil-centred support.
• Celebrating individual progress and adapting teaching approaches to ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
