Qualifications
- Must be NMC-registered as a Children's Nurse, Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing), or Learning Disabilities Nurse.
- Strong communications skills to liaise with school communities and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care with the CCN Team.
- Deliver training, mentoring and care planning using competency-based packages.
- Develop and maintain individualised care plans for pupils.
- Travel within the geographical area to meet business needs.
