Serco Group Plc in Aberystwyth is seeking a Specialist Progression Coach for a field-based role covering Porthmadog, Bala, Llangollen, Llanidloes and Newtown. You will support participants with long-term health conditions or disabilities to move towards sustainable work, with a 9am–5pm schedule on a 37.5-hour week.
A driving licence and vehicle are required. The role includes managing a caseload, developing action plans, and linking participants to health, training and employers.
