Qualifications

• Specialist assessment and treatment of continence, bladder and bowel conditions in children and young people.
• Provision of nurse-led clinics and education to families, schools and professionals.
• Ability to develop and evaluate individualised care plans and monitor outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of children and young people with bladder, bowel and continence conditions.
• Undertake assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Deliver nurse-led clinics and provide specialist advice and education to families, schools and professionals.
• Support service development, clinical audit, governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational running of the service with clinical and operational leads.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to performance monitoring.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and training to students and healthcare professionals.
• Work in partnership with primary care, acute services, education and other agencies to deliver integrated care.
