Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) are looking for this role based at Histon Police Station but travelling around the area.

Bladder and Bowel Specialist Nurse to plan, implement and evaluate individualised specialist patient care programmes based on evidence-based practice and the application of clinical reasoning skills. To provide supervision to health care professionals in relation to all aspects of managing incontinence. To work as part of the multidisciplinary team with the aim of preventing admission, supporting early discharge and providing ongoing or shared care for patients with continence problems.
