Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated nurse/clinician to join the Bladder and Bowel Service. You will provide advanced clinical assessments and education, plan specialist care packages, and work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to prevent admissions and support early discharge.

You will travel around the county independently, must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Provide advanced clinical assessment and evidence-based education to individuals with bladder and bowel problems.
• Plan, implement and evaluate specialist packages of care for bladder and bowel problems.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to prevent admission, support early discharge and provide ongoing or shared care.
• Provide advice and education to the general public and other HealthCare professionals.
• Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner with support from senior colleagues.
• Participate in evidence-based audit and research projects.

Responsibilities
