West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust in Suffolk is seeking a Specialist Nursery Nurse to join the Integrated Community Paediatric Services' Complex Care Team. You will provide hands-on care to children in community settings as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other professionals.

The role involves coordinating care packages, observing and reporting to aid communication, and adhering to safeguarding policies.

Qualifikationen

Nursing qualification and registration; paediatric experience preferred.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
