Komplex Group is recruiting a Paediatric Nurse to join a nurse-led team delivering specialist, home-based care in Wakefield. You will support a child with lifelong complex needs through personal care, medications, and clinical interventions in their own home.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to follow detailed clinical protocols. Training is provided, with ongoing nurse-led clinical oversight to ensure safe, consistent care.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in care or confidence undertaking clinical training.
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently.
• Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions.
• Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration.
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately.
