An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Specialist Nursing team at Blenheim Child Development Centre. The Specialist Nursing team provides specialist knowledge and skills to support children and their families with complex health and developmental needs.
The post holder will provide clinical expertise in assessing and managing children with additional needs and their families as part of a multi-disciplinary team at Blenheim Child Development Centre.
You will be responsible for providing episodes of care to children with a range of complex needs, offering support and specialist advice/training to professionals and colleagues, and playing an integral role in shaping and developing the service using current research and evidence, including NICE guidance.
You will need to be flexible in working hours and have experience working with children with additional needs and/or disabilities, supporting families often on difficult journeys.
