Job summary

Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver specialist care for adults with complex neurological conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop personalised care plans, and provide evidence-based nursing interventions with a focus on promoting independence.

You will administer medications, maintain accurate records, and monitor for changes in health, safeguarding standards and infection control.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience caring for people with complex needs in nursing, care, rehabilitation or healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding, infection prevention and control.
• Genuine interest in neurological care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing care to adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries.
• Contribute to assessments, personalised care plans and clinical interventions.
• Administer medications, maintain accurate records and monitor health changes.
• Maintain safeguarding and infection control standards; support PEG/respiratory/continence needs as required.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.
