Job summary

Inspire Neurocare, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialist care to adults with complex neurological conditions at Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assess needs, plan care, administer medications and maintain records, contributing to outcomes and safeguarding and infection control. Primary focus on independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience caring for people with complex neurological needs in care, rehabilitation or healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding, infection prevention and control, health and safety and high standards of clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing care to adults with complex neurological conditions living in the service.
• Contribute to assessments, personalised care plans and review of outcomes with nursing & therapy teams.
• Administer medications and treatments safely; maintain accurate clinical records.
• Support PEG feeding, respiratory or other complex needs as required.
• Support active rehabilitation, long-term complex care or end-of-life care to promote independence.
