Job summary

Evolve Psychology Services is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people. The role combines in-person observations with remote history interviews, with hybrid working options and regular feedback to families.

You'll produce clinical reports, participate in MDT discussions with senior clinicians, and help ensure timely diagnoses and appropriate support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England.
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people.
• Excellent written language and ability to report professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews via Zoom.
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports and diagnostic formulations.
• Meet service KPIs and provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid only).
