Job summary

Evolve Psychology is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, delivering timely, accurate diagnoses to support families. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based assessments for autism and ADHD, across NHS and private pathways.

You will conduct face-to-face observations, remote history interviews, and participate in MDT discussions, providing clear feedback and robust reports

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England.
• Strong written language skills to produce high-quality clinical reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and participate in collaborative diagnostic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom.
• Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians where needed.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports including diagnostic formulations with smart tools.
• Meet service KPIs.
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base to conduct in-person assessments (hybrid).
