Job summary

Virtu Property in the UK is seeking a maintenance operative to deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across residential and communal properties, performing multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating and grounds tasks.

Holds a full UK driving licence and fluent English; you’ll work Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm, with access to a work vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Holds a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Fluent level of English; able to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Competence in maintenance tasks such as painting, decorating, carpentry and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across residential and communal properties.
• Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating and grounds tasks.
• Identify and report defects, safety concerns and remedial opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain accurate job records, service reports and vehicle checks.
• Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

What You Need To Succeed
