Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Specialist Finance Broker at Henray Capital. The focus will be on origination and sourcing funding for our clients' property development projects. The successful candidate must be confident and personable to maintain relationships with both borrowers and lenders. They should understand development documentation and be able to assess the feasibility of projects. Experience with specialist finance lenders is essential.

Remuneration

Basic salary up to £50K DOE plus uncapped OTE. Realistic earnings should be £130K+ PA (Basic and commission). Benefits include 21 days holiday, bank holidays, and other incentives such as a CPD budget. Location options include City of London, Hertfordshire, and London.
