What you'll be doing

• Managing approximately 80 Broker Partners using an Internal Sales mechanism.
• Engaging with stakeholders within the Broker Partner community to foster true & committed partnerships with Paragon SME Lending.
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing formal approval for new proposals, and gaining commitment from Broker Partners to place opportunities with Paragon SME Lending.
• Managing the deal pipeline actively to meet growth objectives.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop propositions and optimize results for new business opportunities.

About You

What you'll bring to the team

• High energy, enthusiasm, and collaborative behavior to perform at the highest standards.
• Significant experience operating within an Asset Finance Broker environment.
• Ability to engage and build trust with multiple Broker contacts, presenting propositions and securing commitments.
• Excellent workload and task prioritization skills for high performance.
• Recognition as a subject matter expert internally and with Broker Partners.
