Connex Education Partnership is seeking compassionate Specialist Education Support Workers to join our SEND supply team across Radstock and surrounding areas.
You’ll provide individualised support to pupils with additional and complex needs, working closely with teachers and specialists. Opportunities include flexible day-to-day roles, long-term placements, and temp-to-perm paths with competitive PAYE pay and ongoing professional development.
Location: Radstock
Pay: £93 – £110 per day PAYE

As a Specialist Education Support Worker, you’ll work alongside teachers and specialist staff to provide individualised support, encouragement and care to pupils with additional and complex needs.

You don’t necessarily need to have worked in a specialist school before. If you have relevant transferable experience, the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people, we’d love to hear from you.
