Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a qualified Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition and dietetic care within a specialist field. You will be recognized as a source of expertise for patients, GPs and consultants, working across a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be HCPC registered, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work with autonomy as well as within a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with HCPC registration.
• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work using own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nutrition and dietetic care to patients within a specialist field.
• Act as an expert practitioner and source of expertise for patients and other health care professionals.
