University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Progression Band 5-6 Specialist Diagnostic Radiographer to join the Cross Sectional Imaging Department. The role includes training across CT, MRI and Neuroangiography within a large, supportive team.

The post supports a 24/7 service at a major trauma centre with development opportunities and a pathway to Band 6 on appointment.

Qualifications

• Previous imaging experience within specialist area.
• Evidence of personal and professional development.
• Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information.
• Capable of attaining relevant specialist competencies within agreed timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Key member of the Cross Sectional Imaging team with competence in MRI, CT and Neuro Angio.
• Contribute to training and progression of CT, MR and Neuroangiography services.
• Support 24/7 service delivery as part of a major trauma centre.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of patient care and governance.
